Terms of Use
These terms apply to the TheOneConvert native app and to the try-online article conversion demo on this site.
1. Permitted use
You may use TheOneConvert to convert and export content that you are authorized to access and use. When using the online demo, use only public HTTPS URLs that you have the right to retrieve and convert.
2. Content responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the terms, licenses, copyrights, and other rules that apply to the source content you choose to convert, save, or export. TheOneConvert does not grant you rights in third-party content.
3. Native app distribution
If the native app is distributed through Apple platforms, purchases, refunds, and account matters are handled by Apple under the applicable Apple terms. TheOneConvert itself is intended to operate without a separate account system.
4. Try-online demo availability
The try-online demo is provided as a best-effort web service for quick testing of public article conversion. It may be changed, limited, or discontinued without notice, especially if upstream sites change their markup, access rules, or anti-bot behavior.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to use the app or site to abuse third-party services, probe private infrastructure, bypass access controls, or submit internal, local, or otherwise unauthorized URLs. You also agree not to interfere with the normal operation of the service.
6. No warranty
The app and site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Conversion quality can vary by source site, markup quality, paywalls, JavaScript dependencies, and changes made by the publisher.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheOneConvert is not liable for lost content, failed conversions, export errors, publisher-side changes, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or site.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated when the product or release distribution changes. Continued use of the app or site after an updated version of these terms is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
